Brain Break

      Abstract

Brain breaks are quick exercises or activities that give students a chance to get up and move about. Brain breaks reduce stress, anxiety, and frustration. They can help students focus and be more productive. Brain breaks can also help students learn to self-regulate and be more aware of when they’re losing track of what they’re doing.
